About the Founders

Eric MacColl has 13 years of experience scaling demand generation across startups and public companies.

As the Head of Demand Generation at Atlassian, scaled the lifecycle and demand gen function from 3 to 30 – focusing customer lifecycle, account-based marketing, paid acquisition, personalization, and revenue operations.

He has also built demand gen teams at Lyft and Scripted while establishing digital marketing expertise initially at the global digital marketing agency, iProspect.

Miles Gotcher has 11 years of Demand Generation and Digital Marketing experience at companies of different sizes and industries.

He began his career on the Demand Gen team at Marketo gaining valuable experience in marketing automation software best practices. He went on to be the first demand gen hire at PlanGrid, a construction software, where he scaled a team and managed a multimillion dollar per quarter digital advertising budget. PlanGrid was acquired by Autodesk where Miles continued to manage a demand gen team. Today, he consults for a wide range of clients from startups to large enterprises.
